Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing detailed cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for renovation, repair, and maintenance works
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, site information, and scopes of work
- Measuring quantities and calculating labour, material, plant, and subcontractor costs
- Obtaining and assessing supplier and trade pricing to ensure competitive and accurate submissions
- Identifying cost risks, buildability issues, exclusions, and value-engineering opportunities
- Assisting with budget development, procurement support, and project handovers
- Pricing variations and scope changes during project delivery
- Maintaining up-to-date estimating systems, cost databases, supplier pricing, and historical records
- Liaising professionally with internal teams, clients, consultants, trades, and suppliers

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
