The Role:

As a Lead Educator you will be working in our 3-4 year old studio, you will inspire and guide your team, creating a nurturing space where both children and educators can grow together. You will lead by example,



fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous learning within the learning environment.

You will design meaningful environments that spark curiosity and expand young minds, thoughtfully planning spaces and experiences that support exploration, imagination, and early developmental growth.

You will champion every child’s rights and celebrate childhood as a vital stage of life, ensuring each child is supported, valued, and empowered to develop at their own pace in a safe and inclusive setting.

You will partner with families, honouring them as a child’s first and most important community, building solid, trusting relationships that support each child’s learning and wellbeing.

You will uphold excellence by embedding national early childhood principles in everything you do, ensuring practice is guided by quality standards and a commitment to continuous improvement in early childhood education.

About You:

You bring heart, curiosity and a passion for early learning
You also have:

- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or studying)
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion
- A commitment to child and cultural safety
- An understanding of reporting obligations
- A collaborative, inclusive approach
