About the Role

- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond to sales enquiries and convert quotes into orders
- Prepare quotations, process purchase orders and manage customer accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
- Assist with inventory management and customer specific orders
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to optimise quality of service and customer satisfaction

What We are Looking For





- Proven 3 years experience in a previous experience in customer service
- Ability to represent the brand in a prompt and qualified manner
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong computer skills and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
- A proactive, team focused attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
