About HoliCare Community Services

HoliCare Community Services is a growing NDIS registered provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred disability support services. We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL), in-home support, community participation, complex care, and high-intensity supports throughout the ACT.

As our organisation continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our referral network, increase participant intake, and strengthen partnerships across the disability sector.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference while driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with referral partners, promoting our services, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting participants to access high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), hospitals, allied health professionals, social workers, and other referral partners.
- Generate new participant referrals and manage the referral pipeline.
- Promote HoliCare's disability support services, including SIL, in-home supports, community access, and complex care.
- Conduct presentations and attend networking events, expos, and community meetings.
- Promote available SIL vacancies and coordinate participant enquiries.




- Collaborate with the intake, rostering, and operations teams to ensure smooth participant onboarding.
- Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of referrals and business development activities using CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on referral performance, occupancy, and business growth.

About You

You are an energetic and confident relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and creating opportunities for growth.

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, community engagement, or partnerships.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
- National Police Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration or equivalent.
- Full Australian working rights.

Desirable





- Experience working within the NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care, or community services sector.
- Knowledge of NDIS funding, participant pathways, and the referral process.
- Existing relationships with Support Coordinators, hospitals, or allied health providers.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
