Below are minimum qualifications required for the position*

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the building trades industry as a Commercial Apprentice Plumber
- High School Diploma
- Valid BC Driver’s License or eligible to challenge BC Driver’s License

Skills & Abilities:

- Ability to demonstrate general knowledge of fixture installation, domestic water, and drainage installation
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication
- High integrity with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated and proven clean and safe driving record
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements

Key Duties:

- Assist with install, repair, and maintenance on pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial buildings under supervision of Red Seal Certified Journeyman/Plumber
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, time spent working,



description of work performed, and materials use
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried vehicle
- Understand service criteria and meet/exceed revenue goals
- Participate actively in all required training exercises and meetings
- Act as an ambassador to Lambert Plumbing, Heating and Air and building customer loyalty and brand awareness
