Hot Pot Hero is opening soon at QV Melbourne, and we're looking for passionate and motivated Front of House Team Members and Managers to join our opening team.

Positions Available

- Front of House Team Members
- Front of House Manager

About the Role

As part of our Front of House team, you will:

- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Support daily restaurant operations

Managers will also:

- Lead and supervise the Front of House team
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Help manage daily operations and maintain service standards

What We're Looking For

- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred
- Leadership experience is required for management positions
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Full Australian working rights are preferred
