We are recruiting multiple operators to manage the daily pellet mill operations, ensuring efficient and safe production processes, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day production operation of mill
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and machinery as required
- Liaise with management to continuously improve operational efficiency
- Work standard business hours as required for mill operations

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in the milling, stockfeed or agricultural manufacturing sector is highly desirable
- Comparable experience in industrial production or operations management will be considered with training provided
- Solid mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machinery and feed processing equipment
- Physically fit, hands-on, and ready to be part of a hardworking and supportive team

Salary 65k/73k based on experience and skills

Australian citizens and permanent residents will have priority.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
