Garage Grind at Midland City is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about great coffee and delivering exceptional customer service. As the face of our café, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for customers, guests and dealership staff while preparing quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Barista, you will:

- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Welcome customers, take orders and provide outstanding customer service
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Open and close the café while ensuring daily operations run smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming café environment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as required
- Follow food safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

About You

You are:

- Passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with people
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalism
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Previous Barista experience is highly regarded

Essential Requirements

- Previous customer service experience
- Current WA Driver's Licence is desirable but not essential




- Availability to work rostered shifts, including Saturdays
