We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader – Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) to support the delivery of protected, inclusive and engaging programs for school-aged children across our OSHC services.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced educator who is passionate about children's learning, wellbeing and development. Working closely with the Service Director and Assistant Service Director, you will help lead service operations, support and mentor educators, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.

- Lead the day-to-day operations of OSHC services, ensuring high-quality care and engaging programs for children.
- Support and mentor educators to build a positive, team-oriented and high-performing team culture.
- Promote a strong child-safe environment and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with families, schools and stakeholders to support positive outcomes for children.
- Contribute to service planning, quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
