THE OPPORTUNITY

As Assistant Club Manager, you'll support the daily operations of the club while helping deliver an outstanding member experience.Your key responsibilities include:

- Deliver safe, personalised and results-driven training sessions
- Build strong relationships with members and grow your client base
- Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
- Create a welcoming and engaging training environment
- Maintain professional standards while promoting member wellbeing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. You'll ideally have

- Experience in the fitness industry, preferably within Anytime Fitness, with proven capability in sales, customer service, administration, social media, club operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- A passion for health, fitness and member experience
- Ability to work towards sales targets and business goals
- A proactive attitude with excellent organisation and time management
