About the Role
As a Barista / Café All-Rounder, you'll play an significant role in creating a welcoming experience for our members and guests. Your duties will include:
- Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Operating the POS and handling payments
- Preparing light meals and cabinet food
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked café
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with general café operations and teamwork
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous barista or café experience (preferred but not essential)
- Can produce consistent, high-quality coffee
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is available to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
