Sydney | Projects $2M - $15M

Are you an experienced Commercial Site Manager looking to take ownership of diverse construction projects across Sydney?

We're partnering with a well-established commercial builder renowned for delivering high-quality fit out, refurbishment, D&C; projects across the commercial projects including office space, retail, health care, education, hospitality, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead projects ranging from $2M to $15M.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from site establishment through to practical completion. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations across commercial fit out, refurbishment and Design & Construct projects.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Drive programme, quality and safety outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures.




- Deliver projects on programme, within budget and to exceptional quality standards.

About You

- Minimum 3 years' Site Management experience delivering commercial construction projects within Australia.
- Proven experience managing projects valued between $2M and $15M.
- Experience delivering fit out, refurbishment and D&C; commercial projects.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Robust understanding of construction programmes, quality management and WHS.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Trade qualification or tertiary construction qualification highly regarded.
- Procore, Hammertech or similar software experience
- Experienced foreman encouraged to apply
