We are seeking an experienced baker to join the Parap cheesecake bakery on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix and bake cheesecakes in accordance with the bakery's in-house recipes and quality standards
- Decorate and finish cake products
- Prepare the bakery for early morning opening, ensure display cabinets are fully stocked
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards and assist with stock rotation and maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
- Cake baking qualifications (or at least 2 years' commercial cake baking experience)
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety and cleanliness, ensuring the bakery, equipment and work areas are kept clean and comply with all food safety requirements
- Solid teamwork and customer service skills.
