About the Role

At Velox Security, based in Seven Hills, NSW, we are seeking an experienced Management Consultant for full time role. The organisation has recently secured new security services contracts, expanded its client portfolio, commenced expansion into additional Australian states and territories, and obtained approval to participate in government tender and procurement opportunities. The Management Consultant will be responsible for researching and analysing these external business opportunities, assessing client requirements and contractual arrangements, identifying business and service gaps, and developing recommendations to improve organisational effectiveness, customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Position Purpose

The Management Consultant position will provide objective management and business consultancy to support the organisation's growth, expansion and improvement of its commercial and government service engagements.

The position has a strong external consultancy focus and involves regular engagement with clients, prospective clients, government and procurement stakeholders, industry representatives, contractors and other external entities. The Management Consultant will provide evidence-based recommendations to senior management concerning contract performance, client requirements, market expansion, tender opportunities and strategies for sustainable business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Business and Management Consultancy

This position will provide objective consultancy and strategic advice to senior management on business growth, market expansion, client engagement and contractual opportunities. It will research and analyse the organisation's external business environment to identify opportunities, risks, gaps and areas requiring improvement. It will also be responsible for analysing client requirements, contractual obligations,



service expectations and stakeholder feedback to identify organisational and commercial issues.

2. Client Requirements and Customer Experience Analysis

This position will consult with existing and prospective clients to understand their business requirements, service expectations, contractual needs and areas of concern. It will analyse client feedback, service requirements and stakeholder expectations to identify gaps between current service arrangements and desired outcomes by assessing opportunities to improve customer experience, client satisfaction and the effectiveness of service delivery arrangements.

3. Contract Analysis and Business Improvement

Reviewing the relationship between contractual requirements, client expectations and the organisation's existing service arrangements. It will identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities associated with contract delivery and client engagement to develop recommendations to improve contract management approaches, service effectiveness and client outcomes. It will also provide consultation with relevant external stakeholders regarding contract requirements and changing service expectations to assist in implementing approved recommendations designed to improve contractual performance and strengthen long-term client relationships.

4. Interstate Expansion

This Management Consultant position is also designed to conduct research into security services markets in states and territories where the organisation is seeking to expand. It will analyse market conditions,



customer requirements, competitor offerings, industry trends and potential barriers to market entry.

5. External Stakeholder Consultation

Management Consultant will establish and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients and other external stakeholders for the purpose of understanding business requirements and identifying opportunities for organisational improvement. It will continuously conduct consultations and meetings with clients, prospective customers, government and procurement representatives, industry stakeholders, contractors and strategic partners to gather and analyse information which will help the organisation to identify common issues and trends arising from external stakeholder consultations and translate findings into recommendations for senior management.

- Assistance with implementation of approved recommendations.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in relevant field. OR
- At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
- One year of experience in similar role.

Salary - $105,000 - $115,000 plus super

Pay: $105,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
