Join the Team at Frankie & George

Frankie & George is a bustling CBD café that's built its name on serving exceptional specialty coffee at pace. We're after an experienced barista who lives for the craft and wants to bring their A-game to our set-up: dual Anfim grinders, a La Marzocco PB 3-group, a Fetco batch brewer, and an EK43 for good measure. If you know what it means to really dial in, this is where you get to do it properly, every single day.

The Role

This isn't a "make coffee, move on" job. As our Experienced Barista, you'll own the bar dialling in throughout the day, chasing the extraction, and holding the standard even when the queue's out the door. We need someone who's as sharp during the 8am rush as they are in a quiet mid-morning lull, and who genuinely gets a kick out of pulling a great shot.

- Thrive in the rush. Speed and precision, not one at the cost of the other
- Work as a genuine team during peak service, not just alongside one
- Pitch in on the everyday stuff. Stock, cleaning, keeping the space sharp

On the Floor

- Bring warmth and energy to every guest interaction
- Talk coffee with people who want to know more. Share what you know!
- Handle feedback like a pro, on the spot

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $33.85 – $39.50 per hour
