About the role:
We are seeking a motivated person to join our friendly and dynamic Planned Surgery Access Unit Customer Service Team.
Customer Service Officers in Planned Surgery Access Unit have a multi-faceted role. Front of house functions include reception duties, admitting patients into the health service, attending and discharging clinic patients. Back of house functions include data entry onto Planned Surgery waiting list, auditing of the Planned Surgery waiting list in line with Planned Surgery Access Policy from Department of Health and Human Services and history prepping.
Previous experience in healthcare setting, knowledge of medical terminology and demonstrated experience working with computers all highly regarded
