The Opportunity

As Centre Manager, you'll lead a passionate team of educators while driving centre performance, quality outcomes, family engagement, and community connection.

You'll have the chance to:

About You





You are a confident and motivated leader who knows how to bring people together, create strong team culture, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

You'll bring:

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

✔ Proven Centre Manager experience within Early Childhood Education

✔ Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards

✔ Experience leading teams to achieve quality, occupancy, and compliance outcomes

✔ A collaborative leadership style focused on coaching and developing others

✔ Current Working with Children Check
