- Support people with complex behaviours to build independence, confidence and everyday skills
- Be there for personal care, household tasks, appointments and daily routines
- Follow positive behaviour support plans with care and consistency
- Notice potential triggers early and respond to escalating situations calmly and professionally
- Build safe, trusting relationships that promote dignity and choice, backed by clear documentation

- You've supported people with complex behaviours, psychosocial disability or higher support needs
- You stay calm, patient and resilient when things get difficult
- You're confident following positive behaviour support plans and established strategies
- You communicate well and keep clear records,



including incident reports
