Meat Me Souvlakeri is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, skilled Cook to join our team. If you have a passion for Greek cuisine, fast-paced service, and working with quality charcoal-grilled meats, this is the perfect opportunity.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Cook who can step straight into a busy kitchen and deliver consistent, high-quality food.

Your duties will include:

Preparing and cooking souvlaki, charcoal-grilled meats, and other menu items

Maintaining food quality, freshness, and presentation standards

Managing prep, portioning, and stock rotation

Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food-safety compliance

Working effectively during peak periods

Contributing to a positive, team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

Prior cooking experience (preferably in Greek, Mediterranean, or grill/charcoal kitchens)

Strong knife skills and confidence working with meats

Ability to thrive in a high-volume takeaway/restaurant setting

Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends

Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent portion control
