The Meat & Wine Co South Yarra experienced and guest-focused Host/Hostess to join our Front of House team .

20 hours available per week. Weekend availability is essential.

Key responsibilities

- Managing guest enquiries and reservations (SevenRooms or similar)
- Greeting and seating guests to support smooth service flow
- Providing attentive, skilled customer service
- Processing payments and cash handling
- Communicating guest requests and preferences to the team

About you

- Previous experience as a Host/Reservations Agent within an A La Carte restaurant environment
- Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms preferred)
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Current RSA Certificate
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including nights and weekends
