What you'll be doing:

- Operating production machinery to set procedures and quality standards
- Forklift operations — moving raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods around the plant
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Routine machine checks, cleaning and basic maintenance
- Following all safety procedures and quality control standards
- Working as part of a shift team to hit production targets

What you'll bring:

- Current National HRW Forklift Licence (LF) — essential
- Previous machine operating experience (manufacturing, production, or similar)
- Strong work ethic and reliability — show up on time, every shift
- Ability to work in a physical, hands-on workplace
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Full Australian work rights

Bonus points for:





- Experience in cable, wire, plastics, or extrusion manufacturing
- Forklift experience in tight industrial environments
- Shift work experience

Pay: $47.03 – $60.00 per hour
