- Deliver high-quality group fitness classes with professionalism, including setup, pack down, and protected use of equipment
- Motivate and support members, ensuring correct technique and fostering strong member relationships to encourage retention and growth
- Collaborate effectively with club staff and the broader Viva Leisure team
- Maintain compliance with Work Health & Safety policies, reporting hazards and incidents promptly
- Stay current with certifications and adhere to all relevant fitness industry standards and facility procedures
- Promote gym services and assist members with enquiries, escalating issues to the Club Leader when necessary
- Ensure class coverage by notifying the Club Leader in advance if unavailable to teach
- Available to train 10 additional hours to become a Certified Club Pilates Instructor (paid for by employer)
