Hobsons Bay Hotel is looking for a passionate and reliable Casual Chef to join our kitchen team.

About the role:

- Casual position with a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment
- Prepare and deliver high-quality meals while maintaining kitchen standards
- Collaborate effectively with a small, close-knit team
- Opportunity to work across multiple venues when required

About you:

- Previous experience working as a Chef in a pub,



restaurant, or similar hospitality environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
