Learning English is one of the most important factors in helping recent migrants and refugees settle in Australia.

What you can offer - volunteer tutors provide an invaluable source of learning for students, helping them learn practical English skills for day-to-day activities and participating in their new community. Tutors also assist advanced students focus on their preparation for work or further education.

No experience necessary - you don't need to be a teacher or have previous experience in tutoring to volunteer, although a proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
