We are currently looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Chef with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for food. Working closely with our Head Chef and management team, you will play a key role in delivering consistently high quality dishes while maintaining an organised, efficient and professional kitchen. The successful applicant will also assist with stock ordering, inventory management and ensuring the kitchen is well supplied for service.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapid paced environment
- Proven ability to work well within a team
- Confidence managing your own section
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Passion for quality food and exceptional customer experiences
- A basic understanding of Italian cuisine

Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail




- Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen at all times
- Assist with stock ordering, inventory management and monitoring stock levels
- Ensure correct stock rotation, storage and food quality
- Work closely with the Head Chef and management team on daily kitchen operations
- Ensure efficient service while maintaining high standards
- Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement where appropriate
- Foster a positive, cooperative kitchen culture
