We're looking for an experienced Barista to join our friendly team at Three Beans Dee Why.

About the Role
- Part time or casual position available
- Flexible hours including weekdays and weekends
- Immediate start available

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year barista experience
- Must be able to make coffee independently during busy periods
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must
- Friendly, positive and confident personality
- Able to engage with customers and create a welcoming café experience
- Able to dial in grinders and maintain coffee consistency
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food preparation experience is an advantage but not essential
