Due to the expansion of our organisation in 2022, we are inviting 2 leading hand carpenters/Foreman to join our progressive team to assist with many upcoming Remedial and Residential Renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

- Supervision and coordination of direct labor workforce, other trades people and subcontractors to ensure completion of projects in accordance with our requirements.
- Forecasting workload and communicating this to senior staff
- Conflict resolution
- Conducting safety checks and procedures and ensuring the HSE management system is implemented
- Ordering materials and arranging delivery
- Plan reading
- Site measurements
- Quality inspections
- Attending site and office meetings
- Supervising jobs through to completion
- Arranging all aspects of projects
- General carpentry skills a must

Requirements

- At least 2 years of Remedial construction experience across heritage, civil, commercial,



strata or insurance projects

- Experience across waterproofing, concrete and structural repair
- Sound communication skills
- General carpentry skills
- Trade background/qualifications
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Solid references
- Must have own tools
- Ability to work on tools as required
- Must have own work vehicle

Salary negotiable - based on experience
