Elixir Coffee Roasters are currently seeking an experienced coffee professional to fill a specialty barista/floor role at our HQ Cafe.
We pride ourselves on an exceptional, educated and a memorable coffee and food experience for our customers. Coffee beans, coffee equipment, barista accessories and more are available at Elixir HQ Cafe. All training is provided.
To be considered for the role you will have a positive can-do attitude and the ability to demonstrate the following is essential;
-Experience using commercial coffee machines & grinders with an understanding of dose, extraction times and adjusting/dialing in a grinder
-Knowledge and ability to execute specialty brewing methods
-Attention to detail in a high pressure, rapid paced environment
-Available to work between Monday to Saturday roster (Saturday availability compulsory)
-High levels of energy,
enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team, and also autonomously
-Polished Latte art skills
-Ability to multi task and perform other roles/duties to help your team (floor and counter duties)
