Position Overview

As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, leading the team, and maintaining our high standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing others.

We value attitude, reliability, and team spirit just as much as (if not more than) experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and service

Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control

Supervise and support kitchen staff during shifts

Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene

Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control

Train, mentor, and motivate team members

Help develop and improve kitchen processes and efficiency





Step in as acting kitchen lead when required
