What you'll do:

Provide end-to-end counselling to international students on study options across Australian universities, RTOs, and colleges, including onshore and offshore applications and course changes.

Process admissions and student visa (Subclass 500) applications in line with eligibility requirements while ensuring timely CRM updates, documentation, and case tracking (offers, COEs,



inquiries, and tasks).

Maintain strong client communication with prompt responses, ongoing after-service engagement, and high standards of customer service throughout the student journey.

Support Genuine Student (GS/GTE) assessments and assist migration agents with student visa applications.

Build and maintain solid relationships with education providers and contribute to student recruitment through marketing content, events, and promotional activities.

To be successful in this role one needs to be able to demonstrate:

We are seeking a motivated professional with 1+ year experience in the overseas education sector and strong knowledge of the Australian education system.

The ideal candidate should be target-driven with proven lead conversion skills, able to manage client and RTO follow-ups through to COE, and bring a proactive, positive attitude. Strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and stakeholder management are essential.

High performers with strong conversion results and industry networks will be highly valued.
