Whether your passion lies in à la carte dining, event catering, or both — this is a great opportunity to work across varied service styles in a scenic, supportive workplace.

About the Role
You’ll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across restaurant service, cellar door experiences, and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard

- Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area

- Adapting to changing service demands and team needs

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential





- Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded

- Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles

- Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude

- Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)

- Work rights in Australia
