We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Supermarket Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail workplace.
This is a key role suited to someone who takes ownership, works independently, and has a strong drive to improve systems and performance.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in supermarket or retail management
- Available to work weekends, public holidays, early mornings, and split shifts
- Strong ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
- A “get it done” attitude with a proactive mindset
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions independently
- Robust leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $60,634.85 – $139,816.67 per year
