Resilience To Recovery is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our growing NDIS service.

About the Role
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, support staff performance, and maintain high-quality, participant-centred service delivery, Manage and Coordinate SIL houses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of NDIS services
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and internal policies
- Manage staff rostering, supervision, training, and performance
- Support quality service delivery and participant outcomes
- Liaise with participants, families, and external stakeholders
- Oversee reporting, audits, incident management, and continuous improvement

About You:

- Five years experience in an Operations Manager or senior leadership role (NDIS experience preferred)




- Strong understanding of NDIS compliance and service delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace

Requirements:

- Relevant qualification in management, health, or community services
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Valid driver’s licence
- Full working rights in Australia
