We are currently looking for Sushi Artisans to join our team in Sunbury, VIC.

We have various Casual/Part-Time/Full time positions available. The successful candidate will be available to work weekends and have a passion for hospitality and providing a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Customer Service - provide prompt, efficient and friendly service
- Correctly use the POS machine
- Cash handling
- Organise the display presentation area
- Cleanliness of service area
- Preparing and cooking ingredients
- Making hand rolls, Inari & Nigiri
- Clean and maintain equipment, utensils etc.
- Cleaning of tables and benches etc.

Skills & Experience:





- At least 1-2 year's experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Valid working rights
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Good communication skills

Previous experience within a sushi or hospitality environment is preferred.

If you are successful, you will be required to attend an interview, provide us with proof of identity and working rights in Australia.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Experience:

- Food preparation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail/Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sushi making: 1 year (Preferred)
