Hyatt is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Server to support the restaurant team in delivering effective and high-quality service. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring guest satisfaction through timely assistance and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery to guest tables
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Support general restaurant setup, restocking, and closing procedures
- Respond to guest requests and communicate needs to the appropriate team members
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service support role is preferred
Additional Information:
This position may also be considered a roving assistant server, supporting multiple areas of the restaurant operation as needed.
