Job Title: Corporate Support Officer

Kerang District Health (KDH) is seeking a motivated and organised Corporate Support Officer to join our Corporate Services team.
This diverse and rewarding role provides administrative, operational and coordination support across a range of corporate functions, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of services that support the delivery of high-quality healthcare across our organisation.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Business, the Corporate Support Officer will play a key role in supporting supplier and service contract management, procurement activities, environmental sustainability initiatives, emergency management preparedness, fleet and accommodation administration, asset management processes and corporate projects. The role also provides administrative support to Corporate Services teams and contributes to continuous quality improvement initiatives across the organisation.

About You
We are looking for an individual who:
- Has excellent organisational, administrative and coordination skills.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Can manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Has highly developed attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Is customer focused and committed to delivering high-quality support services.
- Has experience in administrative functions, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Possesses a sound understanding of sustainability and emergency management principles.
Qualifications or experience in procurement, contract management, facilities management, project management, business administration or related fields will be highly regarded.
