EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: DESIGNERS (GRADUATE TO SENIOR)

We have exciting opportunities for designers at all levels to bring their expertise, creativity, and passion to a range of impactful projects.

We want to hear from talented designers with experience in any of the following:

- Mechanical Designers - SolidWorks

- Detailed 3D modelling and documentation for mechanical equipment, structures, and process infrastructure across mining and materials handling projects.

- Plant Designers - AutoCAD Plant 3D

- Plant layout, piping, and general arrangement design for process and infrastructure projects, working closely with multi-discipline project teams.

- Product Designers - SolidWorks





- Design and documentation of proprietary product ranges from concept through to fabrication-ready detail, supporting our growing products division.

About you

- Graduate: relevant tertiary qualification (Engineering, Drafting, or similar), foundational CAD skills, eagerness to learn within a supportive team
- Intermediate: 3-8 years' design experience in mining, processing, or industrial infrastructure; solid working knowledge of the relevant software package
- Senior: 10+ years' design experience in mining infrastructure, processing plants, or materials handling; deep proficiency in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD Plant 3D; ability to lead design output, mentor junior team members, and manage deliverables under deadline pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good time management and ability to prioritise
- A collaborative approach and clear communication with the wider design team
- Commitment to safe design practices
- Willingness to visit site or fabrication workshops as required
