Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Concreter Level 3 (CW3) to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This temporary, casual role is essential for delivering high-quality concrete work in various building and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concreting, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and set up work sites for concrete pouring, including formwork and reinforcement.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete to specifications, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Operate and maintain concrete tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project timelines are met.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and practices on site,



promoting a safe working environment.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff as required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a concreter, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the building and construction industry.
- Relevant trade qualification or certification in concreting.
- Robust understanding of concrete properties and mixing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Current White Card and any other relevant safety certifications.
