Barista / All Rounder Wanted We’re on the hunt for an experienced and passionate All Rounder to join our team at caulfield south

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves making great coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants consistent hours.

What we’re looking for:

* Minimum 2 years’ cafe experience. * Confident working independently on a busy coffee machine.

* Able to handle peak rushes while maintaining speed, consistency and quality.

* Excellent milk texturing and latte art skills.

* Friendly, reliable and professional with a positive attitude.

* Comfortable working both behind the coffee machine and on front of house when required.





* Solid customer service and communication skills.

* A team player who takes pride in their work.
