We’re looking for an organised, hands-on Operations Assistant to support the packaging and delivery of our fresh and frozen meals across Sydney. This is a casual role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and being part of a friendly, hardworking team.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing inventory, including food stock and packaging supplies, ensuring stock levels are organised and up to date
- Assisting with the packaging and preparation of fresh and frozen meals for delivery
- Organising, labelling and stickering meals to ensure orders are accurate and presentation is consistent
- Supporting the daily packaging and delivery process to make sure everything goes out correctly and on time
- Coordinating weekly dock and packaging operations
- Supporting supervisors and management with day-to-day operational tasks
- Assisting with quality control by ensuring all meals are packed neatly, consistently and to standard
About you:
- A friendly, down-to-earth and easy-going team member

- Detail-focused, organised and hands-on
- Practical mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Comfortable working in a casual, relaxed but rapid-paced environment
- Previous experience in food, catering, logistics or operations is preferred but not essential
