About the Role

As an Optical Assistant, you'll play an key role in helping us deliver the personalised care our community has trusted for generations.

You'll be the friendly face welcoming patients into the practice, helping them find eyewear they love, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to More Time, More Care.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

- A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
- Previous retail experience (optical experience is highly regarded but not essential)
- The ability to build rapport and communicate confidently with patients in a warm and friendly manner
- A willingness to learn and develop strong product knowledge
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and team-focused approach
- Patience, energy,



and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences
- Flexibility to work across weekends, public holidays, and late trade as required

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys helping people and understands that every patient deserves individual attention and care.
