This role is best suited for someone who is experienced in social media, print design and website front end capability and ready to take on a role that covers more than one industry. This company has venues across the country and more to come so they need someone willing to tackle a fast pace environment while learning and growing with the team.

The ideal candidate is someone with a creative flair that understands the hospitality industry and is strong in social media marketing.
Head office is based in Granville with the opportunity to work offsite at venues on occasion. You will be joining a small but dynamic team of marketers with a passion for business and brand. As a graphic designer, website builder/editor, content creator and marketing assistant you will be required to develop cutting-edge marketing ideas, designs, media and content that aligns with several brands.

What you’ll do;

-You will work across the group with future plans of expansion, to continue to deliver trendy design ideas and continue to elevate the design aesthetic and marketing brand.
-Interpret briefs and take creative strategy from ideas to execution, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
-Create & deploy digital content across websites.
-Ensure timely delivery of EDMs and creation of associated digital assets.
-Design website homepages, landing pages & onsite collateral in line with the marketing calendar.




-Ensure digital design elements created are consistent and accurate to brief
-Working in a reactive and agile environment, you will be preparing eDMs and have a knack for creating effective and engaging digital campaigns with quick turnaround.
-You possess the ability to edit, retouch & resize images with speed & accuracy
-Following brand guidelines to develop new campaigns and artworks
-Rolling out marketing collateral resizes
-Menu edits and redesigns
-Giving feedback on and redeveloping existing campaigns to improve their engagement
-Articulating and presenting creative ideas to the Marketing team
-Standard graphic design tasks (menus, flyers, posters etc)
-Research the latest trends, up-coming holidays and events
-Come up with fun marketing ideas and confidently pitch them
-Post and respond to multiple social media pages
-Analyse data
-Minor administration duties when needed

This role is suited for someone with;

-2+ years’ experience working in design either in a hospitality, corporate or an agency environment.
- Graphic Design, digital design degree
-Intermediate at excel, word and outlook
-Strong social media understanding
-Proficiency using Adobe suite, Illustrator and InDesign
-Premier and after effects favourable




-Experience in web flow or of the like
-Good listener and communicator, flexible to change with effective time management.
-Has a strong portfolio across print and digital design with a preferred background in hospitality (not essential)
-Experience building out graphics and creating EDM's
-Understand print pre-press across banners, packaging dyelines and spot printing
-Solid understanding of brand guidelines and ability to ensure consistency across in store and online
-Works well and focused under pressure to balance multiple deadlines and priorities
-Team player and someone who works well under their own initiative
-Has the ability to collaborate well with other designers
-Experience in photography and co-ordinating photoshoots
-Strong design eye for detail and accuracy
-Ability to carry a project from concept through to completion
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Driver’s license and own car for site visits and meetings (Desirable)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
