Full-Time Acupuncturist / Chinese Medicine Practitioner – Village Remedies

Location: Sydney CBD & Balmain, Sydney (with expressions of interest for new Hobart clinic)
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday across Sydney CBD and Balmain clinics

- Village Remedies has two busy Sydney clinics located in Balmain and Sydney CBD
- A recent clinic is also opening in Hobart, with expressions of interest welcomed
- Distal acupuncture-focused clinic where practitioners use the same treatment style and share clients
- Full training program and mentoring provided to support clinical development
- Suitable for new graduates or experienced practitioners who want to join a supportive team

Responsibilities:

- Treat clients and provide treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical notes
- Provide client care and management
- Assist with clinic administration and management




- Support marketing and social media activities
- Learn and follow clinic treatment protocols

Requirements:

- Qualified acupuncturist / Chinese Medicine practitioner
- Willingness to learn and work within the clinic’s treatment system
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Suitable for new graduates or practitioners with experience

Remuneration & Benefits:

- Full-time employment with base salary
- New graduate base salary starts above award at $34.60 per hour
- Pay increases with each year of experience
- Weekend penalty rates apply
- Includes holiday leave, sick leave, superannuation, and bonus structure
