Leased & Sold Estate Agents is a growing, modern and highly respected agency seeking a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager / Personal Assistant to the Director to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate whilst working closely alongside the Director and gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of property management.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, confident communicating with people and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting routine inspections
- Following up rental arrears
- Assisting with maintenance coordination
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with enquiries
- Following up Google reviews and client feedback
- Assisting the Director with day-to-day tasks and administration
- Liaising with renters, rental providers and tradespeople
- General property management support and office administration

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate IV in Property Services (required)
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Skilled presentation and attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High attention to detail
- A positive and team-focused mindset
- Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
