Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced cafe environment ?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cafe operations, including cash handling and inventory management
- Lead, train, and inspire a team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain high-quality standards for food and beverages
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and ability to lead a team
- Available to work weekends
- Have outgoing loud personality
