Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction and fit-out projects from start to finish. You’ll manage project delivery, coordinate teams, ensure quality, safety, and performance at every stage.

You will provide clear direction to site management teams and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and act as the central point of accountability for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage projects from planning through to completion

· Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants

· Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources

· Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and contractual requirements





· Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, and progress reporting

· Drive problem-solving and keep projects on track

· Report progress and outcomes to the Project Director and Director

Essential Criteria

· Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction and fit-outs.

· Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants.

· Solid understanding of construction processes and compliance

· Ability to manage budgets and project timelines

· Robust leadership and communication skills

· White Card, Full Driver’s Licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia
