Primary Production Coordinator (Beef) | Brisbane

About the Role

As the Primary Production Coordinator (Beef), you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of Hewitt's beef production plans through strong partnerships with our third-party processing facilities. Working closely with operations, logistics and processing partners, you will help drive efficiency, maintain product quality standards and support the delivery of premium beef products to customers. This is a hands on coordination role suited to someone who enjoys balancing operational planning, relationship management and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute beef production plans to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Monitor production schedules, output performance and delivery outcomes.
- Support quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with processing specifications and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party beef processing partners.
- Analyse production, inventory and customer feedback data to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.

About You

You are an organised and collaborative supply chain or production professional with experience in meat processing, primary production, manufacturing or agricultural operations. You enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. With a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills, you are motivated by solving problems, improving processes and contributing to business success.

You Will Bring

- Experience in beef production, meat processing, livestock operations or a related industry.




- Knowledge of production scheduling, quality assurance and processing requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Highly developed analytical skills and confidence working with operational data and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and a continuous improvement mindset.
