Blockhead & Cois seeking an experienced, professional, and reliable Full-Time Barber to join our busy shop in Bondi Junction. We pride ourselves on delivering premium grooming services, classic cuts, precision fades, and working with a friendly team. All to a strong and growing clientele.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Provide high-quality men’s hair care services, including classic cutting, contemporary styling, fading, and texturising.
- Perform traditional beard grooming, shaping, razor lining.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair/beard preferences and offer professional styling and product advice.
- Shampoo, condition, and treat client hair and scalp.
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and hygienic work stations, tools, and shop facilities according to industry health regulations.
- Process client payments and manage daily appointments

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education:



Certificate III in Barbering / Hairdressing (or equivalent international qualification).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-time, hands-on experience in a professional barbershop or salon.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in all aspects of barbering, including scissor-over-comb, clippers, razor work, and beard shaping.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High standard of personal presentation, punctuality, and professional work ethic.
