As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.

This allows you to focus on providing exceptional service to our landlords and tenants, while spending less time on repetitive administration.
Your responsibilities
- Assisting in the leasing of properties
- Conduct final bond inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Respond to tenancy enquiries and day-to-day property management matters
- Assist with lease renewals and tenancy administration
- Support the Property Management team in managing a residential portfolio
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and company procedures
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current WA Property Management Registration (essential)
- At least 12 months' experience in Property Management or the real estate industry preferred
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable motor vehicle
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Primarily a Monday to Friday role, with rostered Saturday mornings and a half-day off during the week in lieu.
