We are looking for caring and reliable Health Support Workers who can make a difference to the lives of our potential clients, assisting with personal care, social support and/or domestic duties.

You will require:
Experience working as a support work or in disability sector.
Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or other equivalent.
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First aid certificate
CPR certificate
Working with children check (preferred)
Immunisation history statement
Infection Control training certificate
NDIS Worker training module certificate
Full unrestricted driver’s license and a reliable car (for driving carers)
Comprehensive car insurance (for driving carers)
